Inkclaw offers three different sizes 0.5mm, 0.7mm, and 1.0mm ball pen cartridges to fulfill the different needs of dot works or whipshading. And 4 different colors are available to maximize the freedom of your art creation. With the Dotwork ballpoint pen Cartridge, unleash your creativity, expand your skills, and produce captivating artwork on diverse mediums.
Please note that our Ball Point Pen Cartridges operate the same way as standard ballpoint pens. Under certain temperature conditions—especially after cold-weather shipping or storage—the ink viscosity may change temporarily, which can lead to skipping or no ink flow. You may refer to the troubleshooting video below:
If the issue still cannot be resolved after trying the steps in the video, please feel free to contact us. Kindly share how many pieces are affected, along with a photo or short video, and we will arrange replacements/refills for the affected items as soon as possible.

How long takes my order to ship?
We will endeavour to ship most products within 3-5 business days, however larger
magnum needles and cartridges and some special needle groupings may be delayed. If
your order is affected we will send you an email.

Unfortunately, import taxes are something that Inkclaw cannot pay for for as they are not a set amount, are charged by the local government for receipt of the item, and are the responsibility of the importer.
Warranty
Warranty Information
INKCLAW provides limited warranty coverage for eligible tattoo equipment, starting from the original date of purchase.
- 12-Month Warranty: Tattoo machines, including rotary tattoo machines and tattoo pen machines.
- 6-Month Warranty: Wireless tattoo battery grips, wireless battery power tubes, and other battery-related products.
- Not Covered: Normal battery capacity degradation, damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or accidental damage.
Disposable tattoo needle cartridges and traditional tattoo grips are not covered by the warranty.
